Since 1992, I have worked with various groups, utilizing computer skills (from Apple IIgs computers to Mac G5s to Windows-based PCs) to create yearbooks, newsletters, logos, websites and more. I am available to help create almost any look and design that you are interested in to help you promote your event or cause. Here are some examples of my work:

I have been playing the piano since the age of 6 1/2, and have studied under various private teachers and mentors throughout my life. In 1992, I began working as the church accompanist for St. Cyprian Catholic Church in Long Beach, and from there, began working for the annual Religious Education Congress held by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. There, I had the opportunity to connect with, perform with, and form relationships with such recording artists and composers as Marty Haugen, Bob Hurd, Jeanne Cotter, David Haas, Bobby Fisher and John Flaherty, as well as with my own uncle, Greg Hayakawa.

In 1994, I was accepted into the Orange County High School of the Arts Piano Program, where I also began gaining experience in sight reading and accompanist skills in the school's acclaimed Musical Theatre conservatory. By the year's end, I had been voted "Most Likely To Succeed" by the other students in the Piano Conservatory program.

In 1999, I began working as the Choral Assistant for the Roosevelt School of the Arts in Fresno, CA. There, I was able to work on accompanist skills, but also on MIDI work as well, leading to my first orchestration of a show, "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory," performed by Children's Musical Theatreworks in Fresno, California, under the direction of Joel Abels.

I am available for hire as a gig musician, recording artist, background vocalist, Lead Worshipper, wedding or funeral pianist, or any other special occasion.  Below are a few samples of my work, all arranged and performed by me, including "Cry Mercy," an original piece I wrote and recorded in 2000 with the help of my friend Brian Logue.

From a very early age, I have shown a keen interest in writing and communicating through the written word. In 1994, I was one of the few high school students chosen to write for the Long Beach Press Telegram's Teen Advisory Panel. Since that time, I have written numberous columns, Bible Study commentaries and devotionals, and critiques, most of which have been published in local church newsletters and in the online community. Though my passion is to write about the Bible, I am also available as a freelance writer to offer critiques and news as needed. Here are some examples of my earlier works:
